summit 304 series builders kit isnt too expensive and looks like theres enough pipe to do what i want. i'll be copying the magnaflow catback before it goes on the 02. i like where the tailpipe exits

 

Yeah at least there is room. Maybe on a street only vehicle it is okay. I wheeled two days with a broken exhaust last year. Header dump was deafening and my truck wasn't happy about the clean air it was seeing at the O2. Like the exhaust actually fell off

 

I wouldn't mind a quieter exhaust cause right now it's just muffler and that's it. Pretty loud .

 

Idk how but the nuts holding my o2 downstream on have fallen off. So at the moment it's held on with bailing wire

 

Gotta learn to go outside, bring a shovel and you're good. Wait till you're with a group someplace like the Mojave Rd where there are no trees or places to hide for miles. You learn to trust the people you're with lol.

 

Shoulda said something sooner. I just scrapped a brand new 18 Tacoma muffler. (Woulda pretty damn quiet)

 

It happens a lot. I found my 02 sensor dangling before lol

 

My cutout would just bypass the muffler. I wouldn’t touch the cats.

 

I take a bucket and paper bags for that reason. Shit in the bag then bury the bag no worries and no mess

 

That's what happened to me lol and no codes was thrown.

 

Weird, my downstream o2 threw a code recently and I had to replace it. Yours probably would have thrown one eventually, maybe it was pending

 

They're less likely to throw a code in fresh air.

 

Unless it's bashed to death. Not really

 

ECU is saying "damn these cats are working GREAT"

 

Get a pop up, you can get one with a shower and toilet pretty easy for not too much, and they’re light.


Or just get a tent, a solar shower and shit it the woods

 

Only camp trailers to consider are jumping jack or the hard sided popup a frame things but from Chalet brand only. All the rest are wafer board and glue and staples. Junk man. I learned the hard way

Back when I first lifted it and when I got it stock

 

I haven’t had any problems with mine, it’s a 1985 softside Palomino. But it’s pretty simple, just beds, table, 3 burner stove and a hand pump sink.

Had it up for 2 months straight last spring and never had any leaks or anything.

But I’m sure 1985 is a little old for his taste
