Fire permit? You need a permit for a fuggin campfire? Gotdam

 

I've never heard of that...we even camped up in Big Basin National Park a few months ago and had a campfire, no fire permit needed....I mean we had to obtain a camping permit of course so maybe it was just included. But anywhere else I've camped I've never needed one, just have to abide by the posted signs whether it's allowed or not.

 

You better not, you know it's a shame. Might be the most beautiful state in US and it sucks because what they've done to it man. I would a friggin loved it there. Piss me off

Really? I didn’t know that. I do campfires and have a charcoal grill at Ocean Beach and Seabright in Santa Cruz all the time and never had an issue.

Probably because it’s a beach, but who knows.

 

No, I have a empty tube that I fill with my list, draw one out when I have some spare cash.

which parks have you been to that require a campfire permit? I know Big Basin didn't, the Ranger came by when we had our fire going just to see that we had a camping permit.

Big Bear doesn't require them, but they do have specific areas and times of the year where it's allowed/not allowed

 

I was hoping it sounded fake, cause that’s what it is.
