I genuinely don't see how this is throwing any one under the bus, but rather an attempt to highlight a needed change. Than again, I don't analyze promotional videos/commercials either. How is it negative?

I guess it's good that I only have to shave every other week :rofl::rofl:

Any word on How long it was till she noticed? I would LOVE to see her face when she finally realized it. A definite Kodak moment, if that term is still used.

I read all the scathing reviews and expected something bad, I agree, nothing wrong with it.

Agreed, I'm in the same boat. Gillette has been the only razor I have used since the start of my shaving career. I am going on line today to both of them to find a razor I will like and switching.

So sick of the pandering to the PC/feminist/everyone gets a trophy thinking.

I still use Gillette. I switched to dollar shave club a few years back, and to me the blades were not the same quality.

I don't see this add as offensive at all. Its just asking us as men to examine how we treat other people. If you find that offensive, maybe the add is hitting to close to home. I know all of us are capable of doing better and I think that's all its the commercial is asking. btw, I order the Gillette blades I use online on ebay and get them nearly as cheap as you can get through one of the shave clubs.

Its lumping all men into the category of being sexist, bullies, etc. and there is something wrong with that. If you can't see that then you've been brainwashed and are already too far gone. Personally I'm not offended because its BS, just tired of these virtue signaling corporations and the mindless drones that support these ads.

The truth is any man supporting this is just too scared to speak up and call this kind of crap out so they toe the line thinking it makes them better than us knuckle draggers.

I truly agree with both of you, on the one hand ya, we can do better,(except me cause I'm perfect), on the other the virtue signaling has gone too far.

Since this topic is borderline treading into politics I will keep this short.

First off I disagree with your statement, and its not the add that I find offensive, its the reason the add was made and more importantly the "report" from the Association of Psychology that has brought this topic up which I find the most offensive. IMO, if the fact that someone says boys will be boys makes you triggered, then maybe you have the problem. I for one will continue with how I have lived my life, treat people and call out dumbasses and idiots for doing dumb, stupid shit. Furthermore, the fact that EVERYTHING is offensive these days and the "powers that be" (read: all these stupid movements, groups, etc.) make it unacceptable to say certain things (such as boys will be boys) is just plain pathetic.

Maybe what the world needs is a little more big boy pants being worn instead of the sniveling over trivial words that dont mean anything.....Think "sticks and stones" if you need help wrapping your head around it....:notsure:

Gillette must have hired that fired Pepsi PR for their commercial. Dude, you sell razors. You aren't going to change the world by calling out bad men. You mean nothing to the world except for selling shave products.
