If you don’t own a 1990 corolla you’re absolutely awful with money

It's all about budgeting and saving.... Or at least in my opinion. Some servers make a loottt of money depending on where you work. My cousin is a server and walks away with ~$700 in TIPS a night, so I guess it's about connections :) Shout out to you for getting ish done tho. Hypes me up seeing other young people on here haha

OP- congrats on the new rig and welcome. I bought a red '86 4Runner when i was 22. Lots of folks questioned my judgement, but the Internet wasn't a thing back then, so far there were fewer than you're seeing here! Anyway, my insurance was higher than my car payment due to some motorcycle shenanigans in my late teens/early 20s. Over the years, most of my mods were due to contact with trees or other cars. I loved that truck, sometimes the payments were tough but it was all worthwhile. I sold her in 94. Some of the best times in my life were spent in that rig. I don't regret a thing.

All the best to you- work hard and enjoy the ride.
