That’s what I did. Said I can get the MT or we can spend 3-4K more for the same in AT. That got her in board

The Cummins stopped production as of 18.... the 19 models won’t have and clutch pedals...... my brother just bought one of the last year models!! That thing is gonna be worth some money

Even though this is the worst performing manual I have ever driven, I am still 100% satisfied rowing my own each and every day.

One thing I have a question about ... why the fuck is there "hill assist" on the manual trans??? Can people not handle getting into first gear on a hill? When I drive stick, I use that backwards roll to my advantage. That's the only complaint I had about the manual trans.

Buy an Off Road or Pro and you are not stuck with that.

Wait I'm not quite understanding what you are saying. Are you saying the OR/pro don't come with hill assist, or while off roading you won't get stuck if you have hill assist?

It's really not that extreme its for a few seconds at most and it doesn't happen all the time. I still manage to scare people at lights by rolling toward them

You're preaching to the choir buddy. I searched high and low to find my 2nd Gen 6 speed access cab OR and couldn't be happier.

I used to have a red SUV Manual Saturn and I commuted from Burbank to El Segundo every day which made me regret having a manual car in this soul sucking city. I'd get a manual car in a heartbeat if I was living in a more suburban area and my commute was like 10 to 30 min, not 1.5 hours each way.

I don't think it's a big deal. Half the time it doesn't even engage for me.

Ford actually produces the current Super Duty model with a 5-Speed and 6.2 gas in Mexico. Still makes no sense.
