For 315s, you will need body chop, flatten the pinch weld, cut and mold the fender liner. New upper control arms to allow for increased caster usually +2 to +4 caster to move the wheels forward and you MIGHT not rub. The problem is the width of the tires, you are also adding a 1.25" to a 4.75" BS wheel which will push you pretty wide.

Be prepared to to do some work to get 315/35s to fit.

The prices in general for the bumper, kings, tires and such are way too high. If the bumper comes with a Warn winch and light bar then ok. Does the suspension come with a Deaver pack?

He may have included a light bar and winch which may have driven the price up. I'll need to get him on the phone so I can walk through quote with him.

It doesn't look like it includes a Deaver pack, but it does include a toytec progressive add a leaf pack...not sure if equal. I'm OK having the work done to get the 315s to fit, but you are right to assume that I don't want rub.

    Thanks again for your input!

I would negotiate hard on the prices.

To compare I got Kings, Deaver Leaf Pack and SPC UCAs for around $3200ish.

    Your prices
    Kings - $2300
    Toytec Leafs $250

    $2550 Without UCA...

Maybe the $1000 price difference is in UCAs?

The kit includes TC 96504 Total Chaos Uniball UCAs. That would explain the delta.

    Dude!!! WTF!

All my shit installed cost less than $2g and my parts were close to that. You are getting ripped. You have a few items I don’t but not $8G worth good god!

I have the same bumper, paid $625, installed myself. Shop around

    Also, just FYI
Those tires may look cool but they aren’t going to be enjoyable one bit. Toyos are heavy as F. 315 35’s are going to make your truck feel like you have a tiny engine under the hood

Save yourself $200 and take those stupid wheel spacers off.
Just get the correct wheel offset you want. You're already paying for wheels.

Unless they're outsourcing some of the work, the cost per hour for labor should be the same for everything. In addition, and with that labor cost issue in mind, the number of hours per task in the Suspension section is obviously incorrect.

The entire project estimate should have a total accurate number of hours multiplied by a fixed labor cost per hour.

Look at SPC upper control arms. Best bang for your buck. They have more angles to play with than most. Also find a shop that does lifted tacos regularly to get aligned properly. Why not go with 33s first?

I agree, I am curious about the fluctuations in labor costs. I thought it could have been man hours vs. individual (the suspension section is an obvious change in labor). I also thought that it might have been due to different rates for different skills.

Again, I’m as green as they come which is why I’m stoked I have this community. Thanks for your feedback!

Yep, the bumper prices are definitely off, he may be including a winch and light bar, but I haven’t been able to get him on the phone to explain.

I’ll update thread with his explanation once I do. Thanks for your feedback!

$200 to mount and balance tires? Lol, that's usually free with purchase of tires.

I'd concur here. The highest pitch I got for a full suspension job was $700 and that included AAL...
