Japanese Bayonets my dad brought home from Okinawa.

 

My dad has been the Commander at the local VFW for 20 plus years. A Vietnam Vet gave him this homemade knife and sheath that once belonged to a Viet Cong he brought back (the knife not the soldier) from Vietnam. Sheath is bamboo. Has a wire that serves as a beltloop or pack attachment.

 

Bayonet attached to an Arisaka Type 99 he also brought back.

Ground off unfortunately. Good shooter though.

 

I almost bought one years ago that had a mum, Ive seen a few over the years in different gunshows.

Anyone been watching the shot show coverage on blade hq's YouTube channel?

 

One of my most carried EDC knives. Love the shape, ergonomics and price. If they would make one in a premium knife steel I'd buy it in a heart beat.

 

I saw that on a review recently. The mechanism that opens it was super smooth looking. I wonder if that would bump open in your pocket? How far are you depressing that thumb piece before it moves?

You'll love it I love mine, the g10 really should've been used from the start and not the fiberglass scales

 

Took the new ZT for a test run (besides bagels and boxes)

It worked awesome as expected. Easy to clean up. I’ll wash it up well before the next bagel.
