You can reach the fog lights without removing anything. I swapped mine in 5 min.

I used J-B Weld epoxy to hold the OEM garnish in place after breaking the tabs and studs on the back of the garnish. It was my first time ever using epoxy. I think I got it right. Yet another frustration, the OEM screw to mount the top of radar to the grille didn’t work because the size of the hole is too big. In haste, I went without the screw. I’ll find a larger screw and replace it tomorrow.

I installed a larger screw to secure the top of the sensor to the grille.

    Ahh, that makes sense.
If the screw was the only issue then I guess that's not too bad.

It wasn’t just that particular screw. Two other screws were too small. The garnish didn’t sit properly, which resulted in me to breaking the garnish tabs, studs. I used J-B Weld epoxy to hold the garnish in place. It is was mess.

Installed today. Guess I ordered the wrong grill or garnish or something because the garnish had male slots but the grill has female screw holes... (that’s sounds bad). Ended up cutting a black glossy piece of plastic paint tray to fit as a cover for the sensor and used the original garnish that came with the grill.

I am sure this has been covered but I don't have the time nor the inclination to read all 66 pages. I installed the mad hornets faux pro grille and did not go with the garnish after reading that the alert would clear itself after approximately 100 miles. The was was installed with 900 and something miles, I don't remember the specific number and today I went over 1100 miles. The weird thing is the PCS off light will come on after driving a few minutes then clear it self, then randomly come back on. A couple times it came on while I had dynamic cruise active and then cleared a few miles later. I would understand this behavior if it was raining or snowing but it is cold and clear here today and I am driving on paved roads so nothing is getting kicked up on the sensor.

Reading through the pages and saw this. Had the same issue. See my above post about how I went around. Did the glue on method work well for you?

I’m not running the garnish and I’ve only seen the light twice in the last 300 miles. Both times were in inclement weather. Just sharing my experience.

So you used the included cover and put the sensor there?

So basically what exactly you put there to cover the sensor?

NsaHAo0pS8mrl4p5V9Qtjg.jpg I just installed the whole OEM kit today. TRD grille, sensor cover, longer pigtail, friction nuts. I paid $270 for everything.

I took my time, laid everything out and it went together perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

Literally just a thin piece of plastic between the original insert and the TSS. Probably won’t work but I’m going to test it. I Have the OEM cover on standby just in case I get error codes.

So why not put the OEM cover?

Fitment issues. Grill has 4 screw holes to mount garnish, but the OEM garnish has slots. I need to either dremel slots in the grill or modify the back of the garnish. Going to work on doing that tonight and will probably install it tomorrow.
