Dunno, the YouTube page says to date no one has come forward about it, teens or driver. Either way, I bet whatever those kids did, they’ll never do again.

Still, I can’t think of a reason to try to commit aggravated vehicular homicide, much less three counts of it.

having a hard time finding a place on my own...

I just bought an 02 f250...frame is basically made of pure rust. Does anybody know of a place that does sand blasting and paint/powdercoat? Really just looking to get a quote for now. The Taco has priorities. :oldglory:

Lol. I’ll just tell him I’m gonna put a mirror under my car every time I go to autozone to get parts to fix my oil leak.

The emails were great to read but seeing that actual Jeep made my day

Get a CJ, easy to work on and you’re not likely to screw the resale on it.

Mod day talk. It’s still going to happen and the boiler is already on keeping the floor and the space heated. There is a oil space heater that @HIYota will guard and I think someone else is bringing an extra space heater to play with a bit.

Last year of the good engine in most eyes, aside from the oil pump issues in 05-06.

I’ve driven a cj7 before and I’m a little too tall for it, I felt like the windshield was begging to know my face real well. Also the big draw is the rubicon has 4.11’s, locking front and rear, and a 4:1 case, which takes care of a lot of the mods I would do. It has a semi safe back seat for when I’m driving around with the wife and kid.

To be honest, all of this stems from me being sick of driving our rav4 when we go out all 3 of us, I cannot stand driving an auto for anything but work.

I’m not a Jeep guy, I fuckin hate the cult of whatever they draw. Most are mall crawlers or teenagers that literally (witnessed a wrangler in 2wd when it snowed Friday sliding all over the place) don’t know how the things even work. However, I’d wheel the shit out of a rubi, wouldn’t over stress the stock drivetrain with 37-40’s, wouldn’t put mad eyes over the headlights, and definitely wouldn’t wave lol. Sorry I’m a little passionate about the general watering down of every Offroad model out there today, Jeep being the second biggest victim, next to the land cruiser.

I don’t like Chrysler as a manufacturer, they suck, no two ways about it. Unreliable drivetrains, shit interior after 2 years. I’ve had some first hand experience with the amc 4.0 and yeah it’s guaranteed to leak but run “forever” (most Jeep guys think 200-250 is forever). It’s also super cheap to replace any part and working on it isn’t bad. There’s just no better option for a dedicated wheeler/part-time driver that can seat 3 and it’s irritating lol.

    Sorry for the rant :frusty:
