If someone brought you this and had no other witnesses, evidence, or bodies at the scene, would a 40 second discrepancy add or subtract to your current level of confidence that this is genuine?

 

I am having trouble accepting a 2016+ could punt that rock that far and not sustain crippling damage. Or bounce two kids off the front and not crumple up the front end.

 

I could put what ever i want on screen. The small time discrepancy is normal for these cameras but if it were a larger one, say 1 hour then i would question the authenticity.

 

If the time stamp is correct, the video is shot five minutes after the sun set in Portland that day. There’s a shadow from the park bench where the kid biffs it. Does that seem weird to anyone else?

I bet the truck owner lives in the same neighborhood as the camera. I wouldn't be surprised if the owner of the truck walked out of his house and caught the teens up to some sort of shenanigans. Teens take off running, driver has to go back in to get his keys and then drives around the neighborhood to find them.

I wouldnt be surprised at all if the truck is in a garage less than five minutes driving time from the cameras.

 

Yup and if you drive around on Google Maps you'll find an apartment complex with a group of kids that look like they might be close in age to those in the video. Literally right around the corner from where the video was shot.

 

I wonder if it was an accident. In the video there's a car parked on the street. Kind of looks like the tacoma might have swerved onto the sidewalk to avoid rear ending the parked car. But then again looks like he turns around and continues chasing them in the final part of the video so who knows at this point.
