No worries man, always willing to help a TW buddy. Let me know if you want to go. Anything but Tuesday-Thursday I can generally pull off. Sgc isn’t bad either for a indoor range. My Glock is a 19 4th gen and I do have a vp9 but I would have to look for the grip replacements, currently has a medium on it. That said after you shoot a steyr L9 you may find your self with the correct Austrian pistol lol. It’s a great gun but very little aftermarket support. I didn’t see it op, what’s your price range and use for it? Ccw, HD, range, 2gun?

Do you have a Steyr pistol? I’ve only ever seen one maybe 4 years ago. They looked sweet.

    Yes sir, two L9’s and a s9
L9 is my 2 gun competition and S9 is my ccw. Tomorrow I’ll snag a picture of the S9

    Edit: found one

Thanks and sounds good. No real budget, obviously not an $800+ gun. Just something reliable, verstile and easy to use and learn on. Primary use will be ocassional range, home defense / defense traveling cross country-out of town, etc.

I really like the M&P series. Maybe an MP9 would be another good choice.

Always do, been through a few PCS' with guns in tow. Including from AZ to NJ...hunting with my Dad in PA from NJ/IL, etc. I have an AZ Concel and Carry Card and IL Firearm ID Card. Thanks!

I always make that recommendation as you never know what people do or don’t know.

Makes sense for sure, I still get confused on them at times, especially NJ rules, lol.

GLOCK 19 or any other Glock would be my recommendation... but then I am a little biased...

Sounds like a compact if you plan to carry a lot and still use for HD and maybe a poly for weight. If I got that correct then
    My vote is
    1. USPc -okay support but very proven
    2. Vp9 - great trigger but by hks own admission it’s not as reliable as the usp.
    3. P320 - like it and good support but had a weird jam at a two gun so I lost some faith.
    4. Glock 19 - tried and true. Lots of support can’t go wrong but I hate the trigger
    5. Steyr m9 - underrated gun but no support
    6. Walter ppq - great trigger
    7. FN 509 - fun gun but it’s a buddies so my experience is limited
    8. MP2.0 - tried and true and probably the 2nd maybe 3rd largest support
    9. P10c - great gun with some quirks, grip is a bit aggressive and cz isn’t easy to deal with in my experience
    10. Beretta Px4 - really like this one but it seems to be left for the arx
11 Beretta apx I like it but not as much as the px4
12 Iwi Jericho - iwi is moving a new pistol and it’s not bad for a cz clone but I don’t care for it much after shooting it
If I didn’t include it I forgot about or don’t have one / haven’t had enough time with one.

Now if metal framed I would say p229 compact

That was all the 9mm versions in the house at the time... now there is also a 26, and now a few 40s, 45s and a .380 also... none of them are pictured...
