They would have to put so much emission shit on them the cost of maint on those systems would make it super expensive..

Good morning. Snowing. Cold. Such is January in Mn.

But you already live South :D When I lived in Asheville, NC one of my neighbors was retired and moved down from Canada. Even in the winter he would walk out to get the paper with flannel PJ bottoms and a T shirt on and a big shit eating grin on his face. Even with snow on the ground. Used to think he was senile. Now I understand....

Got a call from one of my doctors last night around 9 PM. 3 weeks ago they found a tumor in one of my endocrine system glands. They thought it had destroyed it and can live with only one of the glands with some help. Risk factors brought the chance of benign to 50% which meant 50% chance malignant. Because of the location and other organs didn't think it was safe to do an invasive biopsy on it and went with a battery of tests instead. For 3 weeks I have been trying to decipher the tests as they came in, the call last night was about the results. I am no doctor and should have just ignored the test results and waited on that call.

They are pretty sure benign and have tests and scans scheduled every 6 weeks for awhile to make sure. They have no idea how but the gland is still producing what it supposed to be and most tests were normal. Some things are off but they can take care of those with medication. And they told me I am going to pass some kidney stones soon. I can live with that, I think. Now back to trying to figure out joint pain, high iron overload and high white blood cell count. But I slept well last night, first time in awhile.

Hang in there and don't play doctor is the best advice I can give. Don't let the mind wander to the dark side, it is not a good thing. Waiting is hard to do, but part of the process. Yeah it sucks but do the best you can to not focus on it. Easier said than done I know, but stay positive!

    Good Morning all y'all.
Already been to grocery store and stopped to get gas. Every time I get gas at this Kwik Trip and the wind is out of the east I smell skunk.
Then I look east and what do I see,,,,
    Starbucks

Going into work early for the next 5 days. My first shift counterpart is going to California.
I feel sorry for you folks in California.

Morning. It’s 0830. Guess I better get coffee and motivation. Dermatologist appt this morning. Costco to check a new tire that has a slow leak. Buy landscape pavers.

No snow. It rarely comes down this low. But it’s nice to walk out the front door to see a 10k Peak covered in white.

Meal planning to snowshoe into a cabin for the long weekend.

I need a coffee delivery service...
