Received word today from Toyota’s Engineers that the issue is in my power booster. The power master and booster are all one unit. Unfortunately, the recall for the 18-19 is a different braking system. The cost of the power system in my truck is also way above the Director at Wilsonville of Toyota’s goodwill warranty limit. However, fortunately, with only being 2k miles out of warranty, they are going through the normal process to get it covered now by corporate. The Director informed me that he is more than confident it will be covered and replaced

 

Has anyone installed the redline tuning Hood struts and if so is there a specific rivet gun that you would recommend preferably from the Home Depot?

Sounds like it’s time to move! I have a couple buddies that live in MD and I’m pretty sure they carry legally. You should see about taking whatever class/ permit it takes. Nobody should ever settle for being a victim
