I started getting them when I was 18-19 years old. Took me years to figure out it was from operating equipment that didn't have seat suspension.

Sea salt is not fortified with iodine like table salt is. I haven't used table salt in years. And use coarse Kosher salt for cooking\meats\brining which also is not fortified with iodine. But I do eat a lot of eggs and seafood. Good read for you about iodine, salt and your goiter. I might be biased considering the source though.

Dated a lady for awhile that was a bit of a hippie. She had me try a seaweed snack once. Hippies eat seaweed, I prefer to eat food, not what food eats.

When I was stationed in Korea I tried to get out and eat at the more traditional places and never seen a salt or pepper shaker on any of the tables. Some of it was pretty weird.
Hippies eat all kinds of weird shit too...

Anyone seen the new Dodge commercial that was released earlier this month . How about 919hp Dodge challenger or Charger with their new Hellephant motor and the platform called Hellephant Angel

    Yes it is Friday.
    Morning all.

The small nuisance storm is fragmented at this time.
    Now they are saying flurries..
    That’s fine by me.

Cold this morning but warming up pretty good this afternoon.

For people in the path of this NE STORM.
    Get prepped.
    Be smart.

In this day and age the younger generation have no prep skills.
Seen some stupid kids driving in major storms with no winter gear in the car.
    Guys in short sleeves
Girls in short dresses and hi heels..
Towed enough damaged cars with people just shivering because they don’t even have a jacket
    In the car.....

I know I joke a lot about snowblowers, generators, shovels ,food , etc and getting ready 4 days before it hits.
    But I’m not scrambling.
I’m not in a oh shit situation.
Seen it to many times my neighbors evacuated to motels cause they have no plan.
I may pull the backup gen out and put it in the garage in case the street loses power and the old ( lot older than me) people get stuck...
Then again I just might close the blinds and say fuck them all..

    Work will be interesting today..
    I just have that feeling..

    Be safe all..

    Coffee

We got a dusting here this morning.
Felt like I was driving on a gravel road with all the salt they plopped down.
