“No Service” entune w/ IPhone xs

Finally upgraded my iPhone 6 to a XS. When I connect to entune via Bluetooth it shows “no service” on the entune, but my phone has service. I can play music and answer phone calls from the steering wheel, but I can not make a phone call. I have not tried to update the entune. But I tried everything else to fix it. Any one have this problem?

 

if you previously had the IPhone 6 connected did you do full uninstall?, when I went from the 7 to 8 I had similar issues and ended up doing full uninstall on entune with new phone also off then started fresh.

Funny I just upgraded my 6 to the XS yesterday. Like stated above I just deleted my old phone first and had no problems connecting it.

 

from looking at the Programming the apple products programs are the same with tweeking so if there is a earlier version the chances are it is so much the same as the new if it is not identical that entunes does not change anything and then some features on the new phone fail to work .... I have to Credit the WADES Toyota Dealer Salesman of St.George Utah for the help with this because he was having the same issue and we together solved it.

 

props to a dealer? must be the end of the world.
