What year 4Runners is supposed to work since there’s differences? I have no idea. Any from 1996-2002, no?

 

90% my calls are insurance calls. But yeah i do the same for collect calls

I'm not sure if the intake tube is different, it might all be the same. The air box you need will have the MAF tube attached to it, doesn't come off unless you break it off. Lol

 

Oh like extended plan insurance offered by the stores when customer buys it? Is Service Power one of them?

 

Should be 99-02 for T4R.

I just looked up the p/n for the 4R air box, it's different too. I'm not sure if it works, I thought it did.

 

Right I was just curious specifically about them cuz I was curious about their pay out process.
So, Sears service fulfills a lot of the third party insurance stuff huh? That's cool, didn't know that but makes sense

 

No A&E fills 3rd party stuff. But A&E is ownerd by sears and were are the same techs and company. Its super weird but yeah.

In short we do tons of 3rd party work. And the billing people deal with the money. We just collect a deductible for the customer

Yeah I hear ya. Price automatically goes up if it has a piece of wire, plug, or switch on it. They rob you if it's electrical.

 

I had like 100 horns in my wagon once and the guy tried charging me for every single wiring pigtail.

First time the cashier actually gave a shit about pigtails. Probably because it was their main store, but who knows. The manager showed up and ended up letting me have them.

 

If you stumble upon a 99-04 V6 Tacoma factory air intake, get it (if it’s not insanely expensive), just the intake tube and box, not the sensor.
