I see the problem...you don’t cook it. You eat dry seaweed. Think of it as a tortilla chip.

All joking aside, my wife wanted me to tell you that her doctor said to be cautious with cauliflower, broccoli, and cabbage. That’s all I’ve got on this subject.

Trader Joe's or an Asian market. They are flavored and after the initial taste are addicting

Now your talking about taking matters into your own hands. And great job!

Depends on how much you eat of those. Because they are low in carbs I do eat a lot of the above. And ate enough to choke a horse today for lunch. But washed it down with a prime cut ribeye. Wrapped in bacon :anonymous:

Don't want to sound like a broken record but good read on Hypothyroidism, spinach and kale where I work. Erh please skip the Kale for me :D

Andy you don't often show this side of yourself. All joking aside you should do more of it IMO. Have a feeling that your a pretty decent cook in your own right. And maybe then some...

Traders Joe came in here not too long ago. But I have always hit the Asian markets up first. Being single Traders Joe's is a good place to go however it is "safer" in the Asian markets for me. I don't feel so threatened LOL.

I agree. I go with the old stand by, anything in moderation. Except kale, no kale in this house.

Thanks Mike, mom is French and I learned alot about food and cooking from her, almost went into the business.

But cooking for 3 for 20+ years when I get home tired has taken its toll. I am lazy now about cooking.

LOL when I was on recruiting duty in Western NC they warned us of Tn. drivers. Back then they didn't require insurance. Kind of like TJ in Mexico...

I enlisted a kid in Rosmen NC and his daddy and grandpa got busted for shinning before he went to boot camp, he was a star depper (delayed program enlistment). Told me he couldn't go to boot because the Feds took his family to jail and he had to take over the business. Talked to him and his mother and grandma. Ended up he didn't go to boot. Last I knew he was in the Federal Pen.

Now I can see your link and no never seen that. Need to find out if it is #1 or #2 cure.

Glad to hear you got it fixed. I hate heating and plumbing problems. They both happen at bad times.

Good to hear that you found the problem and what to do to fix it.

That looks so good. While you were eating steak I was having PB&J

I eat PB quite a bit on apples or celery sticks, but my big thing once or twice a year is a PB&J on fresh sheepherders bread. I have sugarless jelly but it's just not the same.

My FIL is a PB nut. He has it at every meal. The jar of PB never leaves the table.

more mtn. people around here do it more than anyone knows, but for personal use not to sell!! thats where you get in trouble! the absolute best is a batch of homemade wine distilled which is actually Brandy.lower proof than corn liquor and smooth as glass. (so ive heard):anonymous:someone might have shared some homemade Brandy when they met a couple 50+ members last summer!probably was Strawberry?
