I do extra crunchy on celery sicks once in awhile. Try to stick with pork rinds when I feel the need for crunchy. But the mice seem to like extra crunchy PB so will blame it on them, and add half a peanut to the trap. And it does seem to work for the little bastages.

I have a jar of Strawberry Jam in the fridge that I "top" my nutty PB on celery sticks with once in awhile. It is the only sugar based food that I use. Kind of proud how little I use it. If heath wasn't an issue I would suck that shit out of the jar with a straw. Just saying.. Damn it is good and taste good. No, belay my last, it taste great.

I have ring of Cheddar bacon kabassi that I might cook tomorrow. Cold enough to freeze the brass bra off a witches tit. If I do smoke\cook it tomorrow you can bet that I will cut it on bias. Might do it Sunday and spread some crunchy PB on it with some Hooks cheese sitting on crackers. We are not nuts. But might like our nuts? And cheese...

OK that is it. Last lady I dated promised me rhubarb strawberry pie. Never delivered. That was the "hippie". Only have had 2 women in my life for the last 30 years but it should been only one. Apparently only in my eyes. I will bring the triple chocolate pecan pie if you set me up with a date with your wife's sister or cousin. Half serious here. Or maybe a maybe a bit more..

Ny brother just sent this to me and this was filmed off the south shore of Oahu near Diamond Head the other day . This is the largest Female Great White ever recorded called Deep Blue and she's 22' long an near 6k lbs and estimated to be 50yrs old

She was on Shark week last year off the coast of Gaudalupe island

Yep, chunky pb. That's my go to... and strawberry. Jam or jelly or preserves. Whenever we take a trip somewhere my wife will get a jar or 2 of jelly to bring home. My wife only eats creamy pb also. My son eats either depending on his mood.

On the subject of pests, I tried some vinegar on some red ants in the back yard yesterday and it seemed to work. Went out to look again this morning and all the dead ants looked as though they were piled up. Went out about an hour later and they were gone but there were more live ants so this time I tried some Dawn dish soap. Both, vinegar and soap I poured right in the entry to their den. I'll see how the soap worked in the morning.

I'm pretty rough on forecasters. They just piss me off anymore. And these weather sites seem to be ever so eager to change their sites for better and more reliable info yet they're just as wrong as they were before. Now I just keep an array of gear in my truck and grab what I need.

Smart and I agree. When 70mph straight line winds come though and level the cheap tent that your bought for the Olympics in Atlanta but doesn't hold up to real weather you will learn real quick. Well some do some don't. Which leaves me scratching my head. Oh weather guessers? They would not collect a pay check after 2 weeks where I work. But they are protected. In too many ways. Fine line between right to work. And being responsible for your job. Paid by the gobernut.

Ice chest can be used not only for keeping food cold. But for keeping it from freezing. I don't trust the weather guessers. It can be a matter of life or death. If you actually go off the paved roads LOL. Most do not. Clueless. And really don't give a damn where they live. Still City Boys. Flatlanders. Honestly got no respect for them no matter where they live. The song remains the same as Zep says. The weather will kill you hot or cold after a certain point.

I feel blessed that I have a Trader Joes less than a mile from me. I've grown accustomed to it and have found some really good and little known items there and stop in now and then.
They even have "squeaky cheese" at times. Big fan of that since my family tree branches North.

However, I always get the feeling that I am outnumbered by old and young ...ahh..."forward thinkers" and women with hairy armpits.

I don't go there to meet hairy armpit women, but to pick up squeaky cheese and real Bavarian brats.
