    Yes, when you only have coffee and a protein shake in the morning, and nothing else but vodka and rum 12 hours later, the buzz comes on quick and hard!

    Back to the house though.

    So the wifey likes it? That's excellent! It took us two year to find the place were in. Never rush it. That garage looks like it has a high ceiling? I wish mine did. I would love to have a lift. And another bay. 2 is not enough for two cars and to have a work area.

    I hope it works out and if it's what you want you get it!
