I put some cargo L-track along each side of my main storage area below my platform. Now I can put a strap across for when I don’t have it full loaded to prevent stuff from sliding back and forth.

Update on those latches. They're working out so far. I had to route out the holes a bit because the bolts on the latches are pretty short. Also had to cut out the drawer dividers because the catch hangs down so far. I could have mounted the latches higher to eliminate this. Didn't really think about it. Now painting the drawers black. Also did a diy TrekPak with corrugated plastic and black carpet.

Looks good. Did lay plywood on the tailgate, or did you remove the plastic corrugation?

I took off the stock tailgate skin and layed it over the wood and traced it out. The wood is some flooring I had laying around.

Just a quick question to you guys - did you modify your suspension after adding a sleeping platform? Added a leaf or something? I was wondering that.
Right now my rear sits at around 34", measured at the fenders, with just the empty platform and shell.
The truck is pretty much stock when it comes to tires and suspension.

I have the medium duty OME leaf pack and I just bought the AAL for it. This will turn it into the heavy duty leaf pack. I had a little bit of rake before I did my drawers, shell and prinsu toprac. Now I am just slightly sagging in the rear. I haven’t installed it yet but it should put me pack to having a little rake again. I hope. At least it will get me back to level.

It’s best to do suspension measurements from the very center of the hub to the bottom of the fender (flare) as straight vertical as possible. This way takes out different tire sizes and air pressures.

I have the hd Dakars. With a shell, prinsu and drawers. The springs are still slightly arched up. May settle with just adding the drawers to it this week.

I have 3+1 AAL with the overload leaf.

I am about done with my box and drawer. Then I just have to add the bed platform using 3/4 plywood.
