    Lots baby!
I have close to the mods you have listed (but no E85) and I dyno at about 350 HP.

My opinion that 350 HP is a safe limit on stock internals.

I have about 90,000 on the truck and about 70,000 on a blown engine.

So if I did 7th injector, fuel pump system upgrade and dynontune on e30/91 and a 2.5 or 2.7” pully. I might have enough to spare for forged internals. I’m still trying to figure my budget but I’m willing to throw 3-5k depending on what my performance yield is.

I have not priced superchargers lately, but I think you will spend 5K on the supercharger alone, unless you are buying used.

My truck is already supercharged. I just need to upgrade injectors, fuel pump system and dyno tune. I'm sure I'll have some extra cash for reinforcement or other additions, depending how much i budget.

It's also is pretty fast already, I'm pretty sure the previous owner had it tuned on 91 already, I'd have to open it up more I guess to figure out.

I think with all the mods and E85 with the TRD blower, 400 hp is probably your limit.

If I was going to pull the engine apart, I would consider another route.

Long tube Headers, 7th injector or 61# injectors, fuel pump upgrade, cold air intake, 2.5” pulley and UCON...should net you around 415 at the crank.

Are you going for number bragging rights or just a very well performing truck?

400-450 at the crank or at the wheels?

Curious about the upgraded MAF, upgraded blow off valve and which stage 2 piggyback ECU are you referring to?

Sound can equal performance. Invest in 'the' quality y-pipe.

I want a very high performance truck. Eventually it will be trailered hopefully in 2-3 years.

Same here. That's why I'm saving for engine internals now. Mine may see a flatbed at some point in the future.:boom:

So on a bolt on set up I’d do long headers to y pipe to cat back exhaust. It’ll be super loud

Doesnt have to be loud. Free flowing is key. There is a balance to it.

Some brief research last night looks like a full set of forged internals would cost about 6-8gs if I wasn’t mistaken. Flat bed would be cool, I plan on doing fiber glass around and at least doing hoops through the bed for the rear LT. I think I’m going to hold off on caging it, rebuilding the axles, forged internals and stage 2 clutch until I retire it from daily driving. I’d love to daily drive it for a while tho tuned on LT. No more expensive then daily driving a 2500 Cummins or a 392 Charger, which are pretty run of the mill in SoCal.

I was mistaken about upgrading maf, There was something in the beginning of the forum about fixing boost leaks, I’m probably also mixing up a lot of research I read about turbo charging conversions.

The trd supercharger is supposed to put it up to 305~ right? I’m still trying to figure this stuff out, I’ve asked the techs at work and they don’t know anything. Im good at selling trucks but I’d like to learn to build and tune them. So that’s why I’m here asking for help.

    Here’s the piggyback ecu
