While up here in Maine... feet of snow coming and plow just crapped the bed on the tundra. Been scrambling around all day and spent $500 on parts and still doesn’t work. Got the 4 wheeler plow already to go... fml

Sooooo, it appears that my driveshaft maybe toast.

There is play inside the aft shaft (aft of CB) where the slip joint goes into the outer (larger shaft).

    Any ideas?

The one he built is still in my garage, with a possible install late tonight...

Sprayed the bolt with WD-40 tonight and will do the swap tomorrow. Spent too much time today working my DS issues.

HPT/justDSM tuned factory ecu, URD Headers, JFR Y-Pipe/l 3" exhaust, Walbro 255 fuel pump, Maggy SC (JFR ported), JFR ported lower intake manifold, 76mm tb, 2.5 pulley, 640cc injectors, CSF Radiator, custom electric fan wit Autocoolguy controller, JFR SC pulley wrap mod
No ported manifold but installed y-pipe on @elnip's truck then fabricated a mid exhaust section on his 2016 T4R. Y-pipe fit perfect with zero clearance issues.

@rjbiii got 61lb injectors, new tune, 2.6 pulley, sc/tb port match.

@loginfailed was an animal as usual doing a large portion of the sc removal/install on rjbiii's truck, then jumping over to elnip's truck to setup/adjust his rear exhaust.

Cold but good times. Time for bed.

Sorry if I'm taking your thread off topic (that y-pipe is badass!!!) but I'm looking for stock exhaust manifold (headers with cat) from a 2009-2011 TRD. If anyone has replaced their stock headers and wants to clear out space on their garage, let me know. I'll buy but I've also got a bunch of stuff for sale since I'm moving up north.

They already had the y-pipe installed when I got there, but I got a couple shots of @elnip ’s assembled mid pipe.

@Roostfactor killing it with the TIG as usual

Great to meet @elnip and @rjbiii both really cool dudes! And yes is was cold AF. Wouldn’t have been too bad if it wasn’t so damned windy all day!!

Will that work with a DCLB?

Ah, maybe not. Critical speed is a lot lower on a longer shaft.
