Calling all Virginians (Tidewater area)

Might have to try there without sway bars and exhaust cut. It’d make my life a lot easier.

 

Haha yeah a few of those things should have failed you especially the frame rub unless it's not that bad. My side shooter ditch lights in just installed may fail me next year but time will tell. The whole sway bar fail thing is weird cause not all vehicle them and unless the inspector knows it is supposed to have one or can see the old mounting points then how would they know.

I'm I would give them a try or call a dealer and ask because some people have been passing at the dealerships. I've never heard of cutting the exhaust failing people. It's a safety inspection not a modification inspection. My cut exhaust doesn't hurt anyone or cause my truck to crash

 

I think it has more to do with trapped emissions under the vehicle and gassing you out. I don’t know. I’ll try the firestone near Towne center and see if I have anymore luck their.

Man I missed out on the meet.... went out and played with my faulty retros and realized that there was a meet today...

It was a fun get together I think. Was gonna keep truck mostly stock till the warranty fell off. Have since priced out ARB air lockers and rock sliders so my truck fits in.

 

Once you start, that’s it.

Get sliders skids and bumpers above lockers. You will use those before a locker is needed. I have seen open/open wheel like a mofo hell even 2wd @ilubtimmyhos . If you have clearance and protection the rest is picking the right line and balls.

Seems odd that they're 22 days late.
Wife's ride was inspected last week. The new sticker is more appealing to the eye. I'm in favor.

 

Getting inspected as we speak. Lets see if I pass and get a new sticker
