There is. Problem with that though is it isn’t season and gates will be closed.

I’m not sure the gates would be open.

La grange OHV is always open. Can get muddy though.

If you go on a Sunday you might see some people getting stuck in the mud holes.

Frank Raines aswell, little more to do than La Grange ( i may be biased )

Neither of which would compare to a good trip to the sierras of course*

All of these sound fun. Just heard Carnegie 4x4 closed, something about a lawsuit concerning the stream that gets crossed

I’m down for a Hollister day if anyone else is. I know it isn’t the preferred destination. I’m also open to just about anywhere else.

    She ain't stock anymore.
I've never been to any of the off-road parks but I'd be up to go.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a low profile replacement for my shark-fin, and it either got lost by USPS or got snagged off my porch. So, I got an RMA and got the replacement yesterday while we were at Matt's. This morning I was just getting ready to head out to the meet up and some guy knocks on my door and hands me a package. Turns out he has the same address as me but one street over and they delivered it to him, but he's been out of town the last few weeks.

@Sharkfrog if you wanna go check out Hollister just let me know when. I think I might end going tomorrow, so if you or anyone else wants to go that would be great.

I grew up riding dirtbikes and camping at Frank Raines, ive got so much time there it really is like my 2nd home, so i am super biased lol. Not a single hill or canyon i dont know like the back of my hand. Seen a truck or two roll, broke some bones, made alot of memories.

Its gotten really popular recently, no respect from the majority of riders out there anymore. I could continue to talk politically incorrect trash about the bullshit i've been seeing out there recently but, ill refrain.

Figures, they had fenced off alot of the creek a long time ago because people were complaining. I rode there more than Frank Raines really since it was closer, usually didnt camp there as it was so close to home. Not to mention is was not as nice of a park as Frank Raines.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
Most people do a carrier bearing drop bracket with a lift. The vibrations effect every truck differently. My truck is lifted almost 3 inches with no CB drop bracket and I don't really have any vibes.

I did get a CB drop bracket to install with my 4x conversion, but it's sitting on my shop bench.

Axle shims are another way to fix vibes as well.

    CVs are rebuilt

And thanks to @Twizted for picking up the rear driveline that @foxrcing07 spotted on Craigslist for me.

Now, when I do the swap, I don't have to worry about down time, while I wait for the shop to cut and balance my rear driveline.
