    Sooner the better.

Most dealers you can request no decals if it's not a long term lot unit.

I also redact the dealer name from the purchase paperwork.

Yes usually, though im still rocking my Del Toyota decal because they used that security type sticker... when you peal it off, it leaves the color of the decal and just pulls off the clear sheet.... too cold right now to get it off with solvent.

Also, anyone in PA, Del toyota is pretty good, they sell cheap.

Unless they want to pay me for advertising for them, they come off at the dealership.

    Make sure
Don't forget to take off the Toyota symbol in the front and fill in the letters in your tailgate. Sometimes I add wood boards and tarps to obscure what car I drive so nobody thinks "Toyota" when I drive.

Yes, dealership decal and license plate frame removed as soon as I could.

Blacked out the Toyota chrome emblem on the black SR5 grill.

All the plastic chrome badges removed soon thereafter.

If I could remove "Tacoma" from the tailgate I would do that also.

Redact the license plate state as well, they should pay us to advertise our home state/province!

I don’t care the Toyota is all over my truck, that’s what I bought. What I did not buy is the dealership tags. My dealership has no problem removing there license plate frame and putting mine on. They don’t put anything else on there. Some dealership’s due and it’s tacky. Hey you just spent X on a new vehicle and we put our shit on your vehicle. You get what you settle for.

I got mine there in september, 1200 mile drive, but they had the best price and the only dealer that had a DCLB trd offroad in orange with the orange stitching and trim.

I dont mind having their sticker on my truck as they were a great dealer.

A license plate is identification as to who owns the vehicle for public safety.

I have. Every vehicle, every time. 50+ in all.

    But I'm not most people.

And the forum here does not represent most Tacoma owners.

Looking around on the street, the answer to your question, as it was asked, is 'no'. Both for most vehicles and most Tacomas.

Yes, my attorney always advises to answer the question exactly as it was asked. :hattip:

Here in CA they do not put decals on new vehicles, only license plate frames which I remove.
