What general chain has the best CV axles now anyways Drew? Was thinking about picking one up to put in the truck for emergencies and was looking at the auto zone golds because of warranty and CVJ's are hella expensive. So in your personal CV destroying opinion, whos got the best? I think ive seen @mach1man001 mention he can get his hands on remans from LKQ if anyone needed any?

OEM then CVJ. The parts store cv's work fine for regular driving, but don't seem to have the range of motion or strength as oem.

Junk yard OEM axles. Honestly the second one broke going up a dirt birm on a fire road. Any side load on the axle and it breaks the bearings. I put my one good OEM back in and need to put the one from Jason in the passenger side. Still not sure How I didn't break the axle at Jeep Eater the day before going to Toys for Tots...

My dealer installed a Napa brand axle 25K miles ago. No issues and 1/4 the cost of OEM.

Guess that toys for tots climb just did it in! Thanks for the input, so hard to find junked tacos but maybe i can source some rebuilds.

Some napa stuff is good, like most of their bearings are gates, i just dont know who makes their Cv's.
