Yes the popping did occurr after the RCD lift, twice on same day, and I have yet to replicate it... after numerous tries.

Then it may be attributed to the drop bracket shifting into place, or something. Re check the torque on the bolts. You are going to need to keep an eye on those often anyway.

DB lifts tend to cause more issues than one would think. Thats why most folks who off road dont run them.

oh the tie rod issue is most definitely caused by RCD's poor design of the spindles and steering knuckle.

who the hell puts a sharp edge so close to a rubber boot?

My local dealer has been awesome... they've fixed every problem under warranty no questions asked... I'll be sad when I have to leave the area

    2 axle seals
    Throw-out bearing
    Front Differential
    Front drivers side axle

all after the lifts (3" and RCD)

No actually I went in as a gentleman and didn't have any attitude cause I figured if I play the sweet guy i might get a better response.. LoL. But on another note, I did change my leaking left (driver side) cv axle seal. Took bout 2-3 hours and the seal was only 16$. And the alternator took bout 3 hours and the alternator is 150$
