I found this page on autozone with a wiring diagram for a 1998 tacoma, but when I checked the harness underneath my driver seat to locate the wire to my fuel pump, I couldn't find the correct color. In this case, the diagram says white and red, but that color isn't there. I'll upload a picture.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram not from autozone so I can see if I'm blind or am reading the wrong diagram? Thanks. I really appreciate it.

What’s wrong with your fuel pump?

Solid Blue (L) is the wire that powers the fuel pump. That connector you pictured is labeled BN1 on the diagram and schematic. The power wire is Pin 9 on BN1.

White/Red appears to be a common 12v rail that supplies power to most of the sensors and relays.

Thanks Bart. There is nothing wrong with my fuel pump. I made a seperate thread about putting a toggle switch on my fuel pump, but at the time I thought I had the right wiring diagram. I looked forever for a free wiring diagram for my truck, but of course the only free one gave me the wrong information. So yeah, the free diagram on autozone is wrong then. I can definitely see the blue fuel pump wire there in my picture so I should be good now. Thank you very much.

    What was the resolution?

If you look at the blue wire, where it goes into the connector, you can see a little brown crap on the connector. Open the connector, and look at the condition of the blue wire pin.

I had a crank no start condition on my 1998 Tacoma, and it was a bad connection on this connector under the driver's seat.
I bypassed the connector on the blue wire, and it started right up.

Other than final assembly, there's no reason for it, and I'm probably going to connect the wires one by one, and do away with the connector, because mine is toasted.
