    Grade A BS... but if the guy really has dementia there should be a pretty easy slam dunk case to shove that contract right up their ass.
    Any reasonable court would find such a contract in bad faith (no capable individual would pay $48K plus a BMW for a $20K truck) and that means it's easy AF to establish undue influence by the salesperson / demensia and capacity.
    Methinks we're not hearing the whole story...

    Then again I like my old pop's negotiation tactic when a shady car lot sold him a car with blown headgaskets that had been hidden by a quick coolant flush.
    He gave the guy an ultimatum- take the car back or I will deliver the car back to you, through the showroom.

    Navy vet with that wild look in his eyes asks you "how much you think that plate glass window costs??" as he kicks in into drive...

    They took the car back. :rofl:
