That's how mine are, setup like the defroster. A lot of the ice had built up behind the blade inside the plastic, so the blade no longer conformed to the windshield, then it got stuck on ice near the top of the windshield.

Question for Noel- or anyone really... are there any 10 ply truck tires that have a slightly better ride than any others? I want to try a 10 ply tire to see if it helps with the sway my extra tall trailer experiences on the road, but I'm worried my smooth riding truck will become a rough rider.

Basically any suggestions for tires are welcome.

Are any E-rated tires actually 10-ply anymore? I found for me, a few PSI made a huge difference in ride quality on a small truck with E-rated tires.

Michelin would be my best suggestion, if you're looking for a smooth ride. Even their LT tires have a fairly soft ride. You could try something in a C-load range, too, if you're looking for a compromise. Air them up to 40-45 or so for towing, then run them at your regular pressure for day-to-day driving. Problem is, most of your C-load tires are going to be more aggressive and will hum a bit

None that I've looked at the sidewalls on. I run my 35s around 25psi on the street and they are load range E

The Michelin’s on my F250 ride better than the stock Continentals did. I keep them around 50 psi unloaded and will air them up when towing or hauling. I’ve found if I drop them lower, they actually don’t ride as well.

No, not since they made the switch to steel radials rather than bias ply nylon

What are you running on the Ram now? Am I remembering correctly that you’re running BFG’s?

I think I'll just run the Michelin LTX AT2's again. Pugga, your's are an E-rated tire I would assume? I wonder how the E's would do on my half ton? Or just stick with the P rated?

X2... My last truck had Michelins as does my Tacoma and would say they are one of the best purchases I have made. I always say tires and brakes aren't worth skimping on.

On the rear, lol. Falken Wild Peak A/T3W's on the front. Two of my BFG's developed balancing problems and had to get warrantied out, but we don't carry BFG's and I didn't feel like paying retail for a fresh so I put a pair of Falkens on instead.

After spending my formative years living through some of the dark ages, it's been a really nice 20 years.

As a 29 year old, I don't have a ton of vivid memories of the dark years, and it's been a really nice 20 years haha. 2003 was brutal though; I'll never forget that.

OH man just think about this... what if Robert Kraft hadn't bought the Patriots and they were sold. He and Brady are forever legends in New England. I never thought I would see the Red Sox break the curse of the Bambino, let alone see the Patriots win 2002, 04, 05, 15, and 17 Superbowls. I remember going to see Bill Parcells coach Drew Bledsoe in an overtime win at Foxboro, a guy in college that got the tickets asked my if I wanted to go in with him on seasons ticket but decided not to, imagine experiencing all that winning since those days.

The first year I was really watching football w/my dad was for the 1990 season, when they went 1-15  Then I think either the next year or the year after they went 2-14
Then the year that we played against Green Bay with Favre in his prime behind Bledsoe, who never really had one.

I think the first decade I was watching football they only made the post season 4 times, and lost in the first round for 3 of them (and I'm pretty sure that two of those were wild cards)

I still remember the excitement in the 1986 superbowl believing the Patriots had a chance when they got that fumble by Walter Payton...and then an early field goal...um...that didn't last...I don't think I had finished my bowl of popcorn before the game was already over...
