Dude it sounds like a plan. Just got to figure out a good weekend for it. Is it like moab 2.0?

What lights are you looking at? My Squadron Sport ambers work perfect as my fogs and I got them for around $215. They are super bright so I don’t use them on a daily basis and only when in dark areas away from oncoming traffic so I don’t blind others. Then if you need to get the fog kit with bezels then you can buy that for $120. Morris 4x4 has a coupon for $30 off right now on the combo kit so total is $307 shipped.

Not quite. Its more of a drive out then camp and explore on foot type deal. Its got some sandy spots to get there, but otherwise pretty mellow. Its a condor rehab area too, so we may see some bigass birds.

Sounds like an interesting spot to say the least! Hmmm I'm guessing this must be like 5 hours away?

I really want to replace my Rigid pods with XL80s....Ideally the laser ones.....but that's not going to happen anytime soon.

I've been running out to the ski trails a few nights a week all season - xc ski lessons with a dozen kiddos - my amber Squadrons lead the way out and back every time. Worth ever cent.

For anyone on the fence about paying the difference for BD, if you want to giggle every time you throw the switch, talk to Bailey and get your order in.

Everyone else - have fun in the dark.

Hey guys, I'm interested in getting some squadron sports in amber for my fog lights. should I get the driving/combo beam pattern or get the wide cornering? I'll be using them every time I drive at night but don't wanna blind oncoming traffic too much.

Wide cornering but those are still technically not street legal. They’re going to release an sae/dot set soon. If you’re street driving I’d wait.

I know were still a bit from SAE approved lighting but are there plans for SAE Squadron Sports for fog lights? Just wondering if I should order now or wait a bit. Thanks as always.

Read the above quotes from Baja Designs themselves. If you’re wanting SAE approved squadrons like I do, I’d say wait.

I just installed Squadron Sport fogs, the box says W/C which I assume means "wide cornering", but these guys are BRIGHT.

I'm running the clear lenses as I prefer them to the amber, but dang, they are effing bright.

Could just be the that you are experiencing bd power for the first time. Mine are wide cornering as well yet they trump any other fog out there.

W/C is short for Wide Cornering. Occasionally we use D/C to abbreviate Driving/Combo :D

These are bright no matter the pattern!

SAE approved Squadron Series Lights are currently in the works. These will be available stand-alone as well as part of vehicle specific kits. I'd recommend waiting if you're looking for something street-friendly. If you don't plan on running the lights with oncoming traffic, the Squadron Sport or Squadron Pro are both excellent options

I have the older sport fog lights before the brighter tech refresh, and I don't run them if I am in traffic because they are bright AF. The newer ones I would definitely not run on the streets. I'd definitely wait for the new DOT rated ones.
