What do you use to wash your Taco and keep it cleaned inside and out?

I've always just ran through the car wash with my other vehicles but I actually want to take the absolute best care of my brand new Tacoma I just bought.

Any recommendations on some stuff to buy to keep it looking new?
Ex. - soaps, wax, clothes, wipes, etc?

 

Great! Thanks for the info. You ever use Armor Wipes? I have some but haven't used them, yet. If not, I'll look up those meguiars non greasy ones.

 

Chemical Guys has a GP interior cleaner I like. That and a microfiber makes it look all nice and clean inside with minimal effort. Their glass cleaner works really well for glass too.

For the outside, I just use the self serve car wash down the street. I live in an apartment, so I have limited options for now.

303 protectant on dash and most interior plastic
Chemical guys interior clean for steering wheel since 303 leaves it slippery to me

Stoners invisible glass or rain x either one with rain repellant which ever is on sale when I need more for outside Windows . Distilled water and white vinegar 2:1 dilution (safest for any tint and actually works great) for interior Windows

Colinite super double coat wax

 

Leaf blower and rain.

I would just make one recommendation. For glass use John Deere Classic Glass Cleaner Part#TY25684. It is the best and about the only stuff I have found that leave a fog, haze or streaks.

 

If you want to keep the matte black trim deep black, use mothers back to black restorer. That stuff is some kind of witchcraft.

 

Armor all contains ammonia usually and actually dries the living fuck out of your dash

And leaves that oily residue

 

I've been considering trying their glass cleaner . Maybe if I can find it on sale on Amazon I'll give it a try.

I order most of my stuff from them in the 1 gallon jugs now since it's significantly cheaper

 

I have one of their retail stores down the street from me so I try their stuff a lot. Probably just rebranded windex, but it works well, so eh.

 

These two are the shit for paint/clearcoat protection. Chemical Guys for interior.

Also, you just wipe that down with a microfiber cloth?

All microfiber everything. You can get the cheap walmart or HF packs for stupid cheap, so why not? I have separate batches for glass, paint, and interior because of the varying degrees of dirtyness.
