One person can do it but it won’t be fun. Installing it is difficult because of the rear mounting cushion which is a stud.

They’re really safe cars. Tesla makes the safest cars on the road according to the NHTSA. You hear about Teslas catching fire all the time because combustion powered engines catching on fire isn’t newsworthy.

Me too. The things he does confuses me too.

 

I thought you guys were talking about the rear diff.

 

Yeah there’s no way in hell you can lift a rear diff by yourself. The rear diff is easier to install that the front diff since you can roll it under there and jack it up.

The front differential is oddly shaped and bulky. It’s mounted on a rear stud so you have to rotate it a certain way to get it in or out.
