Installed mine tonight. These lights are great. I just went with the original setup where they turn on with my headlights. Loved that with this orientation they just snapped into the grille with no modifications. I recently installed amber Morimoto fogs and they match them pretty well too. Great customer service too from Tuan, very impressed and would buy from him again.

yes they do....i tested it after i read your post....sorry for the late reply......I like this set up.....I keep my light switch in "Auto" mode........lights work and stay on no matter which mode the light switch is in.....If I turn switch off, raptors stay on as long as engine is running then they go off when engine is stopped.....hope this helps

I guess it could serve the dual purpose of making the guy in front of you think a big ass rig is about to run him down, so he'd better get the hell out of the way!

I wish they made these a stand alone kit, with a small external battery back you can stick any where under the hood, and use your phone to turn them on/off. The wife has decoration lights like that. That way I could only turn them on when wheeling so guys in front could see me.

I seriously doubt anyone with a Raptor would care. Seems like every page of this thread has a comment or two like this. There are tons of mods on this forum that I have no interest in, but don’t feel the urge to enter those threads and talk down the mods that the participants are obviously excited about.

Thanks r1200gs4ok for the tip on using the EFI fuse to have raptor lights turn on when truck is running. I was looking for an option to have them on with DRL and headlights. This works. My question: have you been running you lights with set up for a while? It’s weird that the raptor lights turn off about 10 seconds after the ignition is turned off. I know the EFI fuse runs Main relay, which runs several things. Looking for more long term follow up. Thanks!

i have had them in the position for only 5 days......but I have looked at all possibilities from the headlamp 10a fuse to the undertake dash power outlet 1 fuse.....i too was wondering about the delay, but it is probably just a normal delay in that circuit......so far, I have have no problems, issues or had anything happen that would suggest it to be a potential issue.....a circuit is a circuit and this one just acts like a electrical outlet......remember, the lights are on a 15a fuse and the EFI is on a 10a fuse......this is the same as the suggested headlamp 10a fuse circuit.....i plan on running this way unless someone can convince me there could be a problem......i like this set up.....

Thank you for the reply. I like the setup as well and I’ll give it a go for a bit. I have the Yota LEDs and they are on a 10 amp fuse. I’ll post back here if I have issues. Thx again.

I don't know, I haven't tried it yet. I don't even know what "switch", means.
