LOL! I live in Illinois and I don't worry about it. Chances are I will be dead before the frame rusts through.

Plasti-dipped the center caps yesterday. Somewhat pleased. May consider doing the entire wheel.

Not sure where to post / ask this. But would someone be kind enough to make a clip of the install of seat spacers / risors and put it where it needs to be? I am not sure how to do that. Plus tied up going back and forth to hospital for a friend. Thank you in advance

I'd expect a dealership or good shop would have the tools to get the torque correct. I have a fair amount of tools but not enough to get good access with a torque wrench.

Yeah guy I went to school with back in the day picked the truck up on the lift and used a battery impact to bust the frame bolts loose, he just held the folding part up to the frame and started the bolts with his fingers then the impact gun. I think he had a 3" extension on a swivel headed torque wrench and held it straight as possible and torqued the frame bolts to 66lbs. The other 2 I held the step on his roll toolbox and he torqued them to 33lbs. 20 minute job at the most. Took longer to adjust the lift arms on the car/truck lift than it did to put the step on. LOL

How did you hard wire the radar detector, I just got a 2019 and wondering how to hook op my escort detector, my 2012 was a snap with fuse box inside the cab, no option on the 2019 for that

Fuse box is below the cubby/switch plate on the left of the steering wheel, use an add-a-fuse tap and you are set. I think the 2012 held fuses in approximately the same location and way, just bigger fuses.

Can you not use that fuse box? Or did I not understand your "no option on the 2019 for that"?

3” lift, 265/70/16 Wildpeak ATs on stock dipped SR5 wheels (for now). Meso stuff (puddle pods, Gasshole, stage 1 taillights) Pro grille, 5% tint, some other stuff
I have the same wheels and I plasti dipped them. They turned out great. The only downside is when I got the ATs the tire shop wrecked the dip so I have to redo them.
