I don’t know if it has been mentioned but my recommendation would be to go get the feel of as many as you can at a shop. If you have friends with different guns go shoot them. I personally choose Glock. I hated the shield that I had, it was extremely hard to keep on target because of the grip shape, but again everyone has different hands.

    Hey buddy,
Just as a FYI grab a gun gas the m&p 2.0 for 369 today in 9mm. Not a bad pistol and that price is not bad for a modern wonder 9

VP9 has a awesome trigger but the ppq is better. That and they keep innovating it so it’s not likly to be stuck behind the rest any time soon.

I bought the creed, but Im in the process of selling it in order to justify buying a PPQ. Ive shot it plenty since one of my friend has one.

ive never CCW it but my parents come over to barrow it if they are camping or hiking as for my mother it’s the most comfortable and she shoots best with it. As for my father I successfully convinced him that the norinco 213 that he has had for decades isn’t a good option. In the past I carried Glock, SIG, and Steyr for ccw to match what full sized I had to use/ chose to use. Manual of arms and all

In case anyone is curious, I did NOT proceed with the trade in. The 19 shoots fine, but the grip is a bit small for my hand(s). I am thinking about the G45 (19X configuration but just in black and not tan). I want to shoot a G45 first.

I was also put off by the range I went to. I told them I want to swap my Trijicon sights for the stock ones of the firearm I would be receiving in the trade and they told me they couldn't do it. They said it would be too much of a hassle for them. It took me telling the guy 3 times that they just need to swap the sights from the trade I would be taking and put them on my 17 that they would be getting. No difference. They wanted me to buy new sights instead (ameriglo to be exact). I just told them I would take my business elsewhere if it was such a hassle for them.

Sometimes those cheap stock glock sights get broken when you remove them. Even with correct tools. Several shops around here don't bother with them either. Not worth the risk.

Yep, right now deciding between VP9 and PPQ, only hang up is heard the aftermarket support is better for the VP9.

Figured it out thanks to google, lol. Awesome, budget is hurting right now, but that price is easier to stomach.

Go hold both and pick the one you like better, they are very similar. I do like the VP9 a bit better between those two.

It’s a compact 2.0 and a great way to get in. Plus once you get one you will get more any way. Save money for ammo.

Love my G26, and my Shield 9 serves one purpose to me and that is it's easy to conceal under light clothing and when running/hiking. Otherwise the G26 shoots softer, and has more capacity for when I only want to carry the mag in the gun and not a backup. I tend to carry the Glock more often. I have a crimson trace laser and Streamlight TLR-6 light on it too but the laser does make it print more. One recommendation, no matter what you get, get Trijicon Bright and Tough or the HD night sights. Don't do the XRs though (Too thin of front post for accurate, rapid first shots, imo), I am actually replacing those with another set of bright and toughs on my G26. I would do the G19 based on what I've read in this thread. Also, I recommend getting a Saf-T-Blok if you aren't going to keep your Glock holstered all the time, it prevents an accidental discharge and can be removed in about 1/2 a second. Good luck!Snapchat-1470629803.jpg
