Tongs? For the cabbage? I have some that Charleigh gets stuff out of the waffle iron with and some big ones for the grill... Would they work better than a slotted spoon? June 11th btw...

I like to flip my cabbage, spinach, etc. Using tongs. Seems more efficient but maybe it's just me.

    6/11 noted :D

Did up some brats, peppers, and onions tonight. Topped it with the mustard. So good

I remember the last time I had brats with sauerkraut and some horseradish mayo. I was active duty and working mid/night shift. I had to check the engine inlets before flight, I farted at the inlet and the toxic air followed me down the inlet. It was horrible smell and I couldnt get out fast enough. I have had brats since then, but not that combo...

Sounds like some pranks we've played in the Computer Datacenter. if you've ever been in one there is typically a cold isle and a hot isle. They pump cold air to the front of the server and it sucks it through and cools the system. you can stand in front of the servers and let it rip and if someone is behind the servers, they get dusted. Its pretty damn funny if executed correctly.

Ive been having better luck grilling pork chops. I now treat them like steaks, they end up juicier and not dry and tough like previously. I think the problem I had was severely overcooking them.

Wife got one of those pre-seasoned pork loins at Walmart. Instructions say 350 til internal temp reaches 155?
