You do realize stock HIDs in the luxury models are brighter than any aftermarket light you can get, hence why so many folks do retro mods of them. Do you have the same complaint for people driving luxury vehicles?

I do. I have the same complaint for any lights, but more so for ones that aren't just standard halogens lol

Phew, finally caught up. Almost 10 pages behind just from a 3 day weekend lol.

Looks like we should set up a Gatlinburg meetup this time next year. I was there too, skiing over the weekend as well with my dirt biking friends lol.

I would encourage that, but it only makes them happier that their lights are bright af. Most of the time they'll be so happy that they'll flip their brights on to show you "how bright their lights really are"

Driving at night against anything non-halogen I basically say to myself "well I pray I make it through these few seconds since I can't see shit"

This may have more to say about your poor eye sight than it does the brightness of the lights themselves. Personally, I can't stand these idiots running HIDs in reflector housings but properly aligned/aimed/adjusted HIDs/LEDS/etc are just bright in general though.

I'm running LED's in both my Taco and my wife's Yukon. They give great light and not too many pissed off motorist. Although it does seem that most trucks in out in New Market are running LED's now.

Haha, I actually have these on one of my Amazon lists. I am just having a tough time going to aftermarket LEDs since I have heard that they are not up to par with stock LEDs yet. Not to mention them being dimmer in projectors. But for 40 bucks I may take the chance and see how it goes.

This is a drop-in replacement for the stock headlights, that doesn't require projectors or anything else to not blind everybody? Or am I misreading what this is?

Yes these are a drop in replacement. I just had to aim mine down a little, but I have a leveling kit that also went on at the same time. I didn't change the anything on aiming my wife's yukon when I went from halogen to LED.

oh 100% it's my eyes, hence why I don't trail ride at night...and do my best to avoid driving at night. even with my glasses to help it just sucks. if we'd just turn all of the lights off and let our eyes adjust to darkness I'd be happy.

So my top 2 videos of my last 10 had faces in the thumbnail and I think that may subconsciously make people more apt to click on it???
FotoJet.jpg I found a website that has templets for basically every social media outlet and so its pretty easy to just fit a pic into the size they say for youtube thumnail and there are options for clip are and different styles of font. I obviously didn't spend much time on this but I just found it today and haven't played with it much... but I think this could be better than paint 3d anyway

Just run some H4s they are brighter than H11s and the 2nd gen guys have been using them in their fog lights as a mod. Or order some GE +130 h11s. That’s what I’m running now
