They are beastly, that's for sure. The tall gears turn me off from it though, it wouldn't be a good highway truck but would have plenty of grunt. For the price, I'd rather have a C on the side rather than POWER WAGON plastered across the tailgate.

I have no need for the added expense of a diesel. Only time it would be great is the one time I tow down to Disney every couple of years

But... it's not really an extra expense when you consider all the repairs the Dodge gasser is going to have to undergo during it's lifetime. At least with the Cummins, you know the engine will be bullet proof

Flight is now scheduled to leave at 11:30PM getting to Orlando at 2:30AM. Probably will end up sleeping on the flight and just staying awake once I get there. Tomorrow night we have a Sales offsite party from 7PM-1AM; this week is going to be a struggle, but at least it'll be warm.

This makes sense to me, if you are just towing and 90% of the driving is paved there is no need. Most super duties probably fit into that crowd, except some obvious exclusions (oil fields, forestry, backcountry living etc..)

I've been looking, but Ram is sorta my brothers thing and for some reason we don't feel comfortable with the same vehicles...or even brando_O. Supposedly Ford is making an off-road f-250 to compete very soon. Depending on how it looks/where they go with it, I might get suckered into that hole at somepoint.

    https://www.off-road.com/blog/2019/...f-road-super-duty-to-take-on-the-power-wagon/

That's why they gotta be e-rated. So they are stiffer to make up for the extra sidewall...or something like that:annoyed:

Interesting... I haven't heard anything about the off road 250 yet. That was an interesting read. They reference the Hi-Boy that could clear 35's without any additional lift and now the standard model rolls off the line 34's. I think the current model will clear 37's with just a leveling kit.

Yup. Sorry. I wasn't very clear. I'm going for one of the tall skinny tires in C. With the literal couple thousand miles a year I do on washboards and how often I drop under 20lbs, I'd rather the "c". I've got a full size spare.

If I shred one I'll switch it out. If I shred two then hopefully I can patch it. If not, ham radio. Haha

Might hold out for a set of black F5's. But to be honest as long as I get the back spacing I need and it's hub centric, I'm not too picky. Shopping around now.

I'll most likely still keep my duratracs and run those as my winter wheels. They've got me through a good amount so far. Maybe even do them as my daily and do stt pros for trip / camping wheel which at that point it'll be whatever works and is cheapest while still being reliable

I would love a set of 5 Bronze Beadlock Wheels again but you can never done a deal on new ones.

    Those look great

Those look great too. I think I might favor the 4runner rims though!
