I'll mention it to my wife. If I go, I'll have a 2 year old in tow. That could get interesting.

Kids are welcome but bare in mind there will be 15+ intoxicated adults that may or may not watch their language :anonymous:

So there's a long range near Dahlonega? I'd like more info on this.

Not a range, just a place to shoot. I have laser ranged around 450 yards and with a bit of limb trimming, a couple hundred yards could be added.

It's NF. Once I get a truck on the road, we can work on a plan for a trip up and some pew pewing.

Once we get a better head count (towards end of the month) I’m going to go out and scout some spots and anybody can join up if they want or know any spots.

But for sure it’ll be north GA

$400 is high but hopefully that is for a custom chop at least. Meaning you show up, they cut as much as they can and make you a fill plate.... if not hit me up

I'll be without a 4x4 for a few weeks, but as soon as I have one, I'll post up and we can get a group with guns to go up there and shoot. I went down last sunday to check it and it's a muddy mess right now, but still accessible and a 2wd could get in and out as long as they stay out of the mud.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
FYI - Ordering the shirts today

Date has been set! March 1st - 3rd, mark you calendars and confirm if you're coming or not within the next month. Then hopefully in the middle of February on a weekend I'll go and spec out some spots. If you know of any spots let me know and I'll scope them out or you can join me in scoping them out.

I have a few spots that'll probably work in Dahlonega and maybe Blue Ridge, open to any other spots

Check out Grassy Mountain in the Cohutta Wilderness area. This is between Elijay and Chatsworth. Grassy Mt is about 20 miles off pavement on pretty decent gravel FS roads. It is a huge field on the top designed for camping. Just a short distance from Conasauga Lake. You'd have room for 30 campsites. Lots of good hiking trails and you can ride all day on FS roads. Well into TN if you like.
