A new bolt here, a new bolt there, a new bolt everywhere.
Really, you want to warranty that?:rofl:Just tie a string to a silica packet and drop it in for a day or two and your done. That's why it's good to keep one or two of these around. 54c9747317a53_-_silica_packet_0410-lg.jpg

Was the warranty straight forward? I have HIDs on, is that going to be an issue for the dealer?

A back step for when I get older, Carhartt seatcovers, 4Runner wheels, Topper, and "tats all folks"! --for now!!
Why oh why would you suggest someone to NOT expect warranty coverage for something like this. The only denial factor for the dealer/Mfr. would be if the owner had taken the headlight assy. apart--PERIOD.
If crappy workmanship is just ignored, it will continue to happen and be tolerated. End of story.

If it were me I would put the stock bulbs back on. They may blame it on the HID bulbs even though it’s not related and deny you warranty work...

Is this only covered under the 36k warranty. I just got condensation in my left headlight. I'm @ 55k miles.

Glad I found this thread. It's been pretty wet here in the SF Bay area and did notice condensation in one of my headlights the other day. Truck has only ~7k miles on it. Guess I'll be calling the dealership tomorrow.

So on the bottom side of our headlight assembly there is a cap with a rubber o-ring. I replaced mine in my 2017 and problem solved . Like $.50 for two o-rings
