You don't have a build thread yet. What are your sizes. And with your lift any rub?

No way on-road acceleration hasn't been affected by going from 33s to 38s (or 37s?) on stock gearing. It's proportionally a bigger jump than a Taco going from 31s to 35s. They are probably just putting up with it.

Also note this is their second JLU. I didn't get to the video yet on how they got their first one wrecked...

I decided to start my build thread as suggested by @tacoma16 before I got to deep into things.

Once you get into modding the rig, you can lose track so easy as to exactly when and what you have done. At least for me it was like that, I am glad I started it early.

I went a bit overboard in the 1st 2 years. Trying to simmer down now. :annoyed:

About a 2 and a half hour drive to get up there now. I'm just outside of grand bend. But I grew up between Alma and Drayton. My dad built the Spanish looking house on the highway that takes you from Alma to tevietdale

i cant see those axles being that strong to handle a 37-38" tire

Isn't it usually upgrade to 1ton axles for 37+?

I'd wager that kid is in the hospital. That video was posted 4 days ago and there hasn't been any posting on his personal profile since January 9th

I can think of several things that would warrant hospitalization (He has posted the odd thing here and there in the comments...just took a few minutes to scan through them.).

Just in the last couple of weeks, I've had to prep one cubicle occupier for going to the hospital and getting stitches for banging his head into his desk while standing up and another employee broke his arm on the way to work slipping on some ice and he didn't think that it was a bad fall.

Thank god neither reports to me! :D

maybe a check quick stop to get checked out but not hospitalized with injury.

unless he wasn't wearing a seat belt and somehow got crushed in the process of the roll.

just looked at his profile, ya he hasnt posted since jan 9th but his post before that one was dec 9th.
so he just doesn't post that much lol.

and his story is recently updated so he cant be that bad.
besides a dumb ass kid like that would likely be posting about how he was hospitalized as well.
and the thread where it was originally posted mentioned insurance paid for repair etc and that he was good
