Baseball is a far better game. At least the Royals have a Championship in the last decade.

 

Both are equally fun to watch, but that's not my point at all.

19 games with OT is far easier to sit through than 162 games with extra innings.

 

That may not have been your point, but it was difficult to know what your point was with this sentence:

"People apparently don't like watching more football though even though 15 more minutes of backyard football to fight for the win sounds 100x better than 162 games of baseball."

There's nothing in that sentence that says anything about all 162 baseball games going into extra innings.

 

Oh, you need me to add that extra bit with extra innings to get my point across even more? Even without extra innings to describe baseball OT to football OT, 15 more mins of football to fight for the lead makes perfect sense.

 

KC's defense was dragging ass by overtime, having been on the field quite a bit prior..but that's the game.

What I will agree with is that in general the Pats defense has not wowed me this year.

 

All I will say regarding the laser is, whoever did it is a complete scumfuck. No matter what, you can blind someone with them.

Agreed, Pats had them on the field for like 5 years. They were definitely gassed. We fired our DC today and Rex Ryan is rumored as a potential candidate. His worst defensive season was 19th but he's generally top 10. Would not mind grabbing him. We need a competent defense, not a superstar one.

Considering we reached the playoffs the first season with him after a 2-14 record with a murder/suicide. Our coach is fine, our defensive coach wasn't.

 

I think your defense could use work, but I see the fatigue as an issue in the overtime frame. As you said, if you can score like the offense you don't need a monster D. Many forget that in Brady's early years the defense in New England was stout..mentioned the same a couple of days ago.

Weak or not that's just inexcuseable.

 

Not defending the lazer, just saying in addition to being a scumfuck. He's a weak ass bitch. Definitely inexcusable. I didn't even agree with it when Brock Osweiler got it in the face vs the Pats in Mexico.

Reid has been a head coach for 20 consecutive years, has made the playoffs at least 10 of those years, record is 1-5 in championship games and 0-1 in the SB... KC fired the wrong coach!

 

Yeah, I hear ya. I'm careful careful about it when I play with pets with mine. I don't even let kids play with it.

I know the history and no, I do not agree we fired the wrong coach.

 

As long as you're happy making the playoffs, being an exciting team in the regular season with zero chance of winning the SB...EVER! I won't argue that.
