The bombproof mounts are the same on both sides. Maybe that'll be alright for this.

 

For 1st gens, the isolators are the same on both sides.

It looks like the TG mounts replace the isolators, so maybe they could work if they provide enough adjustment.

That ABS light is most likely a wheel bearing thats gone bad. Ive had it happen to me and a couple of others that I know. The bearing goes bad and the magnetic strip on the bearing stops spinning and the the ABS gets no signal and gives you the ABS and brakle light at the same time.

 

I'm not sure, but only about half of what he sells is on the website, so best to call.

I know he makes a gussets kit for the first gen...

 

Anyone got pics of what 33s look like with lt? I don’t wanna regear and I can push an extra inch of travel out on 33s so why not lol I’m just concerned about the width... 11.5

 

I absolutely love smoking full size 2500 trucks on the highways doing pulls in a 1st gen tiny pussy V6 turbo baja 4x4 locked Tacoma. Might need to pull the camera files on that last one lolz. That is all.....

awesome man lol i forgot i put that up a bit ago. I need to find some good vids..... gonna bring the truck to Bandameire Speedway next summer and run the 1/4 with it. Im sure its slow as hell but will be fun. Prolly get a bit of fun car/truck attention. LT Taco exposure. Not a lot of these trucks where i live..... Colorado.

 

Extra inch of travel? Just regear, the truck will be much happier. And skip 35’s and go straight to 37’s

 

I wonder if a Gen 1 with big buldge fenders can clear 37s?

 

I don’t see why not. Might need to delete the core support/ inner fender and trim fenders. But I don’t see why they wouldn’t fit.

 

More cut lolz. Im not thinking they will tho but not 100. May have to look more into this. Good idea if i could. Turbo, gearing, and drivetrain would push them easy.

not sure how much is usual? check the build for how much was cut back. not trying to be difficult, but it was cut years ago

 

Who makes rear shock towers for 3rd gens besides, TC, archive and bamf. Prefer to be tube. Going down the rabbit hole guys... have front kings on the way soon..

Check my build thread in my sig, was on 285s for most of the time I had the truck until I stepped up big time towards the end and got 295s.

 

Yeah, Utah is sorely lacking in the LT builds as well. We have a few floating around, but just a handful. Most of the cool ones aren't dailies, but numbered race trucks for BOR/SNORE/SCORE races around here.
