On my first day of auto tech school, the first thing my professor did was turn on the projector and open his inbox. He had like 3,000 emails spanning 5+ years of dealerships, lube shops, speciality shops, and everything in between asking for auto students. He said if we wanted a job, we could get one the next day.

Definitely a huge lack of skilled labor nowadays. I’ve found that it’s easier to find good paying jobs with a trade degree versus traditional four year degrees.

I was just messing with you. Do you honestly think, Kalliphorekneeia would allow me to live there? Or be associated with them either?

Gary is a lost cause in my opinion. Just going down main street I feel like I need an APC lol. The mood is tensed all the time. I know there is some good people there but for as much "activity" that's there I just avoid it.

In general, skilled blue collar jobs and industries are being pushed away in favor of white collar industries like engineering, business, and accounting.

absolutely and when you leave them, it will follow you or you can roll it over. just keep it going. I saw many of my friends and associates when I was first starting out ignore it, not good. Guy I grew up with - he didnt start really paying into a retirement account/option until he was in his mid 30s. He had to max his contribution to try and make up.

this 100% - you have the commitment and the will to succeed, you most certainly will make it happen. Doesn't matter the sacrifices.

You can do good with either one, it all depends on the company. Union hats treated me well though
