What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I was referring to installing the end caps to help with keeping the bed dry and dust out.

No worries bud. It’s to bad toyota didn’t add these when building the truck. Especially when they offer a Factory bed cover.

They fixed it that day, but couldn't find the screw, and had to order one. They must not have gotten it in yet, because I never heard back from them......

Anyway, I get to pick my truck up this afternoon. The "salon" was supposed to email me pictures, but I haven't gotten them yet......

I went with the level 8 trackers similar but I kind of like the pro comps more

 

Vinyl on hood and roof. Stupid glare off of hood is killing me on my commute, and I thought I would do the roof too just because.

 

I hear ya'. Those added wrinkles in the "Sport" hood produce some killer glare. Pics, please, when you get it back.

Picked up an OEM bed mat today at my local Toyota dealer. This will stop items from sliding around in the truck bed.

 

I finally got my Pace Edwards Ultragroove tonneau cover, Yakima racks, and Rockymounts Brass Knuckles bike racks installed (Write up and more pics here).

 

Damn, how can they screw up bolting the oil filter access cover back in place? Just look at the cover it is self explanatory of how it is to be installed. Are they hiring crackheads to work on our vehicles or what? If I crawled under my truck and saw this, somebody at that dealership would be looking for another job. I'm sorry but that is inexcusable.

Has happened AT LEAST once, to my knowledge (the setting-it-on-fire-while-changing-the-oil part).

 

Removed the front airdam, Mudflaps and the Sport stickers on the side.
