    I understand that angle completely, so far its been good during this internship. Making 14k for the year might be nothing, but due to no overhead costs, I am genuinely making and keeping all 14 grand!... problem is I live in a town that literally sucks. Mill town with no one in it, and my girlfriend already left to a boomin' town 1 hour away. (due to finding a career job she had to go ahead and go) But just like today, comes back every second part of the week to hangout. That is where my dilemma is, and I need to just move cause the only thing I ever spend time doing anymore is hanging out with her.. (nothing left in this place for me, TLDR)

    I think you'll be fine, cameras are stout, be mindfully of the lens, you can help yourself a hit by holding it by the lens when you're just carrying. My roommate has the Canon M5 mirrorless deal and it seems every bit as solid as my DSLR especially if you put a screen protector on

    Ah yes, i can see how living in the middle no where gets boring.

    I live in the bay area. So there is always something to do.

    Screen protector will be nice, I’m really just worried about bumping it if I slip or something

    Mirrorless cameras are cool, but I like my traditional DSLR. They’re damn tough.

    I regret every moment buying a Nikon and not a Canon.

    @JKO1998

    It doesn’t get much use nowadays, but I’d keep all the data cables, hardware for my camera crane/jib, my shotgun microphone, DSLR, two lenses, my backup camera, battery chargers, lighting, remotes, two video monitors, etc etc in this case. Tough as nails.

    It’s a Pelican 1510. It even came with a free name plate. I like this model because it rolls like a suitcase.

    He says he cleans up chemical hazards, but I think that’s a coverup for him cooking meth.

    Out in my neck of the woods, meth is definitely a viable alternative to holding a legal occupation.

    That’d be nice but I need to find something that’ll hopefully fit in a back pack.

    Do you want a soft or a hard case? Pelican makes cases small enough to fit small cameras, all the way up to cases that have airlift hooks on them.

    I have my own separate Manfrotto backpack for my DSLR when I do normal photography and I don’t need all my video gear.

    I’ll just have to look when it gets here, fitted would be great.
