If you cut enough sheet metal off a Prius will clear 37s too :)

I'm once again considering being stupid and going to 37s.... Regear costs the same, and I have room under the glass. IMG_20190122_214336979.jpg

Problem comes with the front. I’m gonna just chop out the front core support when I do the engine cage. Then maybe I can clear 40’s

That was my plan as well, it's cracked to shit and I'm rubbing with 33s. The question is how much I have to tub the firewall.

I would def trim the glass before paint if you plan to go 37s.

Well I’d take your borrowed 35 and just make sure it has plenty of clearance for possibly going to 37’s in the future. It would suck to have to re-tub the firewall

Yeah, it's only an extra inch of clearance. What's the go-to tire for 37s?

I'm going to wrap it for now until I get everything caged, trimmed, etc.

Who am I kidding, it's never getting painted :)

I am probably gonna go with the cooper stt pro. My buddy just grabbed a set so I’ll see his review of them through this winter and any trips we do this year. My 35’s will last through the year so I won’t be making the jump until just before next winter probably

Are you going to regear for the 37s?

Eventually yes. Immediately, probably not. That might have to wait until the following spring and tax return season. Though that’s when the wedding is, so maybe not. Can I put race truck parts on the wedding registry?

I got an AK as a wedding present, so I don't see why not.

I have friends and family with enough money to do it, the trouble is getting the fiancé to let us register for them. I already said I want to register at magnusun so she can get a sc for her 4Runner.

Amazon registry will let you put in products sold by outside vendors. We used Amazon as a master with links to all the specialty shops.

The 37" STT Pros are still lighter than my 315/70/17 Falken MTs lol

Wow, and I heard they were heavy. Not that it really makes a huge difference. Oh you bought 37’s and they’re heavy, wtf did you expect lol

I love the falken my I think I’ve decided on 295/70/17 cause I get the extra height over 33s without the clearance issues of the 35s... and I don’t have to regear :) gotta put my money in other places lol
