I'm driving a 3rd gen now. The 1st gen steering wheel has more tilt than the 3rd gen.

    Very good.

For the record i dont really care and was just giving you a hard time for the hell of it.

I do remember a time when you made me wish i had a 1st gen, that little truck you had made me a little jealous. Now you just get to prove it was all the drivers skill and not the truck .

Are you trying to do the body lift? If so, yes these are the correct bolts that need to be loosened up.

    Thanks for finding that!

With all the good options out there for other fuel burning heaters I can't imagine that wood burner is worth the hassle or the risk. At least you have somewhere to dump the bowl out when finished.

I was fully expecting to get shit for buying it. If I'm honest, I was being a bit impulsive.

I know I'll miss driving it on the trail because of its size. On the trail, the 3rd gen is going to take some getting used to. Still not used to looking out over that giant hood.

I've been eye balling the new bent chetler 100s (or nordica enforcer 100s) and came across this sick little documentary about surf amd ski and climbing and ice watched it coming on 5 times but that van is in the movie

Na,you'll be fine. My 2nd gen seem to keep impressing me all the time. Now with an extra 7in up front I still barely notice the width.

Yep.. JUST one inch to make it easier to fit 35s, but not screw up the geometry of my truck. I thought you were or are running one from other older threads so I tagged you. Installing it myself this weekend.
    Thanks man and @EDDO

Tell me about it, i went from a 91 pickup with that squared front end to the 2nd gen Tacoma with a hood scoop. I've been driving this truck for 5 years and i still get out of it after parking "really close" to an object only to find out i still have a couple feet in front of me .

Are you letting the doggos ride in the cab with you now that you have more space?
