I don't have one of those, and I'm not gonna buy one just for this haha. I'll survive with the angle grinder and wheel.

I was looking for a gif where he uses a buffer type sander and it goes through the wood in a circular pattern but that was the closest I could find. :)

I've used an angle grinder and wire wheel before. Bit of a PITA but it worked.

What ever you use highly recommend a dust mask. I'm not real big into all that stuff but not sure what that non stick black crap is that they put on the pans now days but can tell you that you don't want to be breathing it. I stopped to go find a mask.

And of course clamp the pan down well I used a C clamp on the handle and deck railing to secure it.

Not sure about your grinder chuck but I used a 3M paint and rust stripping wheel. Any body shop should sell one with an arbor to fit your grinder. You can hog with the face and use the edge around the edges and walls. Well worth the $8 it took me less than 10 minutes a pan. Cough, cough. Don't forget the dust mask.

I have (had) one of the blue ones from home depot. Not sure where it ended up when I moved though so I'll have to get a new one. I think the one I had fit right on the angle grinder, can't remember though. My dad may have one of those mouse sanders that I can borrow though

I think I posted this once before. I concur. Don't use one if you don't like to breathe well in the future. I paid the price. :(

Had to do some work and praying. Went to two stores last night. Found this one. His one didn’t have a tag or box. Two managers wouldn’t sell it for less than $250. Prayed this morning and re visited that same store after work and they found the clearance price of $69. I didn’t buy the $6 2yr extended warranty lol

Heck of a deal... Enjoy the new smoker.... Now, just like a Tacoma, you have to mod the heck out of it...

Been years since I have stepped foot inside a Walmart. And right now is -4 with windchill of -26 and dropping like a rock. Only going to get worse the next week or so. But...

For that price worth a drive into town to check.
